Great job hcco! for making this concert a success. am really proud to be a part of hcco, especially when you hear marvellous comments frm the audience. it makes me want to stay on...
i really miss playing in a co. not that i havent. but i miss committing fully from the start of everything to the end. the feeling and repayment you get is totally different.i wonder if it would have been better if i had chosen co and only co in the first place. oac has taught me many other things beyond what i had imagined myself to do, and many wonderful friends as well. as i got myself re-immersed in co again this week, i realised how much i miss it. its a part of me, its what i love, its where i belong. i miss making music with a bunch of great friends, and forging bonds through our most beloved hua yue, i miss blowing till i feel that my lungs are going to plunge out from my mouth any moment, i miss the dizi trio, i miss watching other people playing in dazu and swooning over their zai skills and shuai poses when they play...
there are so many things i miss and have missed this past 1/2 yr. does it matter if i try something new or not. its easy to ask me to make a decision that i will not regret, but it isn't easy for me to make that choice, coz either that i choose will definitely bring about tremendous regrets. i'll never be able to make a decision. and so some pple tell me, don't choose.
i wish time could turn back now and i would choose only co.
i loooove meng die. its such a beautifully sorrowful song, yet not really sorrow if u come to think of it. it just unravels deep thoughts within ur mind. i love its poignancy. everytime i listen to it, mixed emotions well up inside me, and i'll go into pensive mode. haha. i think meng die is the best dazu song. i'm happy that i got to play it. =)
really grateful to everyone who came to support me!! i am truely veryveryvery touched! =) ur presence alone or even an sms is encouraging enough.
